Shipping Information & Policy
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order details. It will be our main priority to ship your order as soon as possible. All products are collected and shipped within 2 days (as long as it’s a business day). We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We will, however, notify you through phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock and when it may be shipped at the soonest.
In Pakistan, we offer a flat shipping rate on all orders of Rs 200, no matter how many items you purchase.
In Karachi, we typically ship your order out the same day, and you may receive your delivery within 2 business days.
For nationwide delivery, we use several courier services; primarily TCS.
The projected delivery time for all non-Karachi-based orders is 3-5 business days.
For international deliveries, you will need to contact us if the chosen products can be shipped out to your location; and if so we can reply back to you with a shipping cost quote.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and standards of service. Your well-being and sentiments are paramount to us and that is why we exist; therefore we have a 100% money back guarantee on our product if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase; all we require is you contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and state why you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase. After acknowleding your “request for either exchange or full refund” we will honor whichever option you pick (i.e exchange or full refund).
In the case you request an exchange we will send you out a replacement the next business day. In case the product(s) are out of stock we will contact you and ask whether you want a full refund instead or wait untill the product(s) are back in stock and send it out again.
If you request a full refund, we will bank transfer or etransfer the amount you paid in full within 48 hrs of acknowleding the request.
