How To Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For Cooking- You can cook with olive oil by using 2-3 tablespoons or as directed by the recipe. Be careful cooking in low heat with olive oil as it can get unstable once exposed to high heat.
Furthermore, you can simply add 1 tbsp of olive oil in salad dressings, hummus or on top of prepared food.
