Sunflower Seeds is a superfood that is rich in healthy fats, beneficial plant compounds, and several vitamins and minerals.

The Seeds are plucked and harvested from the flower head of the sunflower plant. While the kernel itself is encased in a black and white striped shell, the seeds though are white and have a tender texture.
