To date, we have to rely on local delivery companies to fulfill our orders. We try our best to be on top of delivery timings and standards but ultimately this is not in our control…till we either start delivering ourselves.
In the mean time we rely on feedback from customers like you to gauge which delivery company is best for which particular area… This involves constantly rotating between companies and usually works very well with the exception of the odd late delivery.
We understand that doesn’t solve the problem, but please know that this problem is equally as frustrating for us.
However please feel rest assured on your next order we will try to get it delivered sooner.

It is good.but,very less quantity and it’s expensive too because its only a green tea and small bottle is 500 with delivery chrges it will cost me 700 so it’s expensive.if we pay 700 than atleast there must be enough tea in the bottle which we can use a month ..thanks

So glad that you like our Slim tea. Yes we realize the shipping cost of Rs 200 makes the product slightly more expensive but as of now we can’t do much about the shipping price as it is a standard rate charged by courier company’s. Hopefully as we grow we will try to bring the price of shipping down.
However one way to counter the shipping price is to order more as the rate remains the same. So for instance you order 2 or more products from us the shipping price will remain the same ( so you can get more value in this way).
Also we do have a free shipping policy on orders of atleast Rs 5000. Apart from that yes we do understand what you are saying and are working on a larger packaging as well.
