How to Use Cold Pressed Castor Oil
Cold Pressed Castor Oil may be used for:
Skin – Dip a cotton ball in castor oil and dab gently on affected area. Wash with luke warm water after two hours.
Hair – Apply castor oil to the roots of the hair. Rinse and wash out in shower after half an hour.
Ingestion – Mix 1 tsp of oil in half glass of warm milk. Drink the mixture once a week to help rid body of toxins.
