The product itself is excellent. I experienced a great deal of difficulty getting it delivered. It took nearly 2 weeks. There was great deal of confusion with the delivery teams. They ended up delivering a broken bottle of oil to me when had to be sent back and then replaced after much complaining. Next time I order from here will definitely have to think if it’s worth the trouble !

As these are glass bottles there is a slight possibility they can break sometimes during the delivery process… but those are replaced and sent again to customers — We are trying our best to minimize this possibility even further.

The oil smells amazing. I have been using this oil for my hair, hands and feet. It absorbs into the skin nicely and leaves it completely moisturized. Completely satisfied with the overall quality of this product. However, please work on improvising the packaging of the oils. The glass bottle does add to the organic characteristic of the product but it makes it difficult to carry the bottle from one place to another. Also, the oil cannot be poured from the bottle directly because it makes the bottle slippery.
