How To Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For Cooking- You can cook with olive oil by using 2-3 tablespoons or as directed by the recipe. Be careful cooking in low heat with olive oil as it can get unstable once exposed to high heat.
Furthermore, you can simply add 1 tbsp of olive oil in salad dressings, hummus or on top of prepared food.
For Hair- Apply and massage as much olive oil needed on to the roots. Leave for 20-25 minutes before you rinse it out.
For Dry skin- Apply a few drops on the dry patch and gently dab the oil till it absorbs in to the skin. Furthermore, you may even use it as a carrier oil by mixing a few drops of essential oil before application.
For Nails- Rub a few drops on to the nail and gently massage as the oil absorbs leaving the nail moisturized and shiny.
CAUTION: Extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point, it becomes unstable and can decompose at temperature 200` Fahrenheit. High heat given to the oil can result in it becoming rancid and toxic.
