How to Use Organic Desi Ghee
Organic Ghee has a very long shelf life without going rancid. Since it has a high smoke point and is extremely easy to use as a cooking oil.
It’s a great alternative to using butter and in traditional Pakistani dishes – to get that extra punch of flavor.
Since it is high source of fat we do recommend using it in smaller quantities than you would use other cooking oils.
However don’t let the high fat content discourage you entirely as there are many other types nutritional benefits that this oil provides.
Besides cooking you can also ingest 1 -2 teaspoons of ghee a day to aid digestion and build bone strength.

As far as comparing our desi ghee with other brands in the market go we would like to point out that most if not all other brands in the market provide a cream based desi ghee. Ours on the other hand is butter based which is why its flavour is richer and stands out. In our opinion the price of this ghee is still less as we barely have any margin on it. The main reason why we persist with this is because of popular demand from our regular customers.
That being said we are working on bringing a cream based ghee also. Hope that answers your question. 🙂

We ourselves would like to reduce the delivery fee if we could, but we deliver all over pakistan for that flat rate. Please keep in mind these are glass bottles so they are heavier and fragile because of which we are charged more by the delivery companies but we are always working on ways to improve our service…
However a way to make the delivery fee more economical is to purchase a few items as the delivery charge is fixed, so it won’t increase as you add more items to your shopping cart; that on it’s own makes the delivery charge very nominal. Hope that helps!
