To date, we have to rely on local delivery companies to fulfill our orders. We try our best to be on top of delivery timings and standards but ultimately this is not in our control…till we either start delivering ourselves.
In the mean time we rely on feedback from customers like you to gauge which delivery company is best for which particular area… This involves constantly rotating between companies and usually works very well with the exception of the odd late delivery.
We understand that doesn’t solve the problem, but please know that this problem is equally as frustrating for us.
